Personal data of individuals - users of the baron-invest.com service are processed by the Limited Liability Company "BARON INVEST," EDRPOU code 42958613, a legal entity registered under the laws of Ukraine, with its registered office at 33023 Ukraine, Rivne, 77a Solomiia Krushelnytska Street (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The Company is the owner of the user database of baron-invest.com.

1.2. The data controller of the user database of baron-invest.com is the Limited Liability Company "BARON INVEST."

1.3. Personal data of baron-invest.com users are processed on secure servers located both within and outside the European Economic Area.

1.4. This Privacy Policy describes the procedure established by the Company for processing personal data collected through the website https://baron-invest.com (hereinafter - the Site), the mobile application baron-invest.com (hereinafter - the mobile application), and related services and tools allowing users to register on the Site, publish or view already published ads in real-time, and use other services associated with the baron-invest.com service. In all specified cases, the Company processes users' personal data exclusively within the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data. This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the provisions of these documents.

6.4.9. Use legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;

6.4.10. Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;

6.4.11. Know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;

6.4.12. Protection against automated decisions that have legal consequences for Site users.
