Free Home Buyer's Workshop 2/15/21 Learn How to Buy Your First Home

Start the new year out right. Free home buyer's workshop conducted every Monday evening starting at 6:00 PM at the Windermere Real Estate office in downtown Bellevue. Next classes will be held on 2/15/21. Learn about the steps to buying a home in today's market, financing options available, short sales, foreclosures, bank owned, inspections, title, escrow and many other commonly asked questions about home ownership. Be prepared with knowledge before jumping in. Participants in the workshop will receive a complementary home inspection when completing a purchase with me. The real estate market is improving with prices trending up and 30 year fixed rate mortgages in the 3% range.
