Here is some more information about the property. This is your chance to own one of most desirable residential addresses in Bellevue. This is an amazing opportunity to move into a beautiful home, in the heart of downtown Bellevue, with a Bellevue Way N.E. address, just blocks from Bellevue Square and across the street from the Diamond Ranch. It's also only 30 seconds away from the entrance to 520 and from 405. A location just does not get more central and better than this. Amazon also recently announced that they will be adding thousands or tens of thousands of new jobs to Bellevue offices, plus the new sky train (from Bellevue to Seattle) will also be functional within the next year or two, so this property, given that it's right in the heart of downtown Bellevue, will only skyrocket in price.

The property is in good condition (completely redone in around 2004), 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, 3,710 square feet, with hardwood and granite floors and expensive finishes. It has 5 gas fireplaces, 2 kitchens (one upstairs and one downstairs), and the downstairs could be completely a separate living quarters (you could even rent it out separately or use it for family or other guests).
