The Louisa

The LOUISA HOTEL is one of the oldest historic apartment buildings in Seattle’s Chinatown International District. It was built in 1909 and newly renovated and re-opened for occupancy in July 2019. Compromised of modern studios and 1-BRDs, the Louisa has the beauty and authenticity that can only be found in the unique Chinatown International District neighborhood with the convenience touch of updated modernity.

Located in the heart of Seattle’s Chinatown, the Louisa offers residents locality that hard to match elsewhere – with a 100 Transit Score – the Louisa located a short walking distances to the Link Lightrail transit station, the Sound Transit commuter transit, most major Metro bus hubs, and the 1st Hill Streetcar (to be connected to the South Lake Union Streetcar, estimated 2020).
