I have completely restored this unit from top to bottom. Newer windows, new kitchen cabinets, never used new appliances, refinished HW floors, & new bath. This unit is designed to keep the character of this 1900 brick home in the village of Waterford yet add the modern conveniences we all want in our homes (decent closet space, storage, & in-unit washer/dryer) I will post pictures soon but decided to pre-post this apartment prior to pictures as I am search for the RIGHT occupant & am in NO hurry for right now occupants. I can easily show the unit & walk folks through the updates I’ve made & I am in the process of finishing in the next 30-45 days.

I do NOT charge an application fee. One month’s security deposit & first month’s rent prior to movie in. Minimum 3-month lease w/ option for month to month after initial lease term. Single person occupancy only (I will not consider ANY occupancy of ANY other type). No pets. No smoking.
