I am a young minded, very active, low key professional that wants to share my home versus just renting a room. Myself and one other 35 y/o female roommate currently reside here.
This location is safe, quiet, private and just a few blocks to I-405 and 85th street exit. Perfect Eastside location! Close to GOOGLE Kirkland campus (w/public outside glass backboards full basketball court, also full sized sand volleyball court, and more (pictured). Only a 1/2 block from the Cross Kirkland Corridor Path (active jogging, biking, walking path several miles long). Less then 2 miles from Bridle Trails State Park and trails. Centrally located (5 min to Downtown Kirkland Waterfront, 10 min to Downtown Bellevue, 15 min to Seattle), ...bus stop only steps away.
