The house is located in a quiet Bothell residential area close to everything you may need, close to Mill Creek. It is situated in a woodsy (forest) area. Here the temperature is quite acceptable winter and summer. We have many cloudy and damp days, but seldom a downpour. There is snow and skiing in the mountains perhaps 30 to 40 miles to our east, should you enjoy those winter activities.
This is a shared house. It is a big two story house with big front and back yards. There is a front porch/deck and a larger back deck with table and chairs.
There are two full bath which are shared. There is a clothes washer and dryer. We have a shared living area, dining area, two refrigerators, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils and more. Each private room is furnished with a bed, a study table and chair.
Most people in the house are engineering and tech types. All are under 30.
The drive provides parking for four cars plus street parking.
