I am a late 20's male who works as a sales manager in the financial sector, I play Bass and drums (no drums in house) in my spare time. I am also into lifting and fitness. I like to work hard (9-5pm m-f) and relax on the weekends for the most part. The house is located in White Center just 10 minutes from West Seattle and probably 15 minutes from Downtown. Bus lines are nearby as well.
The house:
Brand new. Granite bathroom counters, awesome kitchen. Living room/kitchen furnished with sectional couches, table, coffee table and large flatscreen UHDTV above fireplace. The house has brand new stainless steel appliances. Plenty of street parking and one off street spot. Washer and dryer in house.
Rent is $650.
