Apartment in the lovely Overlook at Lakemont property. Move in would need to be by the 1st of March 2021, preferably the last weekend of February.

Overlook at Lakemont Apartment
Applicant/s will be living with an older female roommate who is very quiet, polite, clean and keeps to herself. Applicant/s will preferably be clean, quiet and respectful, no drugs, do not throw parties or have guests over without informing and asking the roommate.
This will be for a large Master Bedroom at the opposite side of the apartment. Applicant/s will have their own bathroom with a tub, a large walk-in closet (which we made into an office), and will have their own coat and shoe closet in the entryway. Applicant/s will also share the kitchen and communal areas, in unit Washer/Dryer, fridge, and storage spaces. The living room and balcony are hardly used by the other roommate, so you are free to use those areas as you please- but be considerate.
The property is surrounded by forests, hiking trails, and the Lakemont Park. This is a beautiful property with very warm and caring neighbors (family friendly). Noise is usually held to a minimum and quiet hours are enforced by onsite security after 10pm. You can enjoy free parking, free gym, 2 pools and jacuzzi, dog washing station, a recreation room, and shopping center/gas station down the street.
Rent, Utilities, HOA, electric, and WIFI is “split” amongst occupants.
● Monthly Rent: $1,101.16
● Utilities: about $50 (per person)
● Electric: about $30 (per person)
● Wifi: about $20 (per person)

Applying: First, Applicant/s will need to contact Johnny at show contact info to set up a quick phone interview and virtual walk through, if desired.
Applicants will need to fill out an Application Form provided by the Overlook at Lakemont management which includes a $40 application fee per applicant.
If accepted by the leasing office and Roommate, Applicant/s will need to move before March 1st, to which Applicant/s and roommate will sign a new lease for March. Applicant/s will start paying March 1st but the last few days of February are Free.
COVID Preparation: Applicant/s are expected to be Covid tested the day before or day of move in. The test must be negative and must show proof. If moving people are hired, they must wear masks at all times inside the unit.
